Not able to watch movie I paid for in sky store

I have a sky glass and bought a movie.

 

A message pops up when I try to watch it saying that I have too many devices and I'm only allowed four. So I went and deleted all my devices in my account (it advised that the new one will be added automatically when i play the movie) it still won't let me watch. 

 

I called support, spoke to numerous agents and none of them appear to have any idea what's going on (it's like they didn't have a clue what I was talking about)

 

  • In the end I asked for a refund and was told I'd get one (this was two weeks ago, still no sign of the movie or refund)

 

Anybody have any idea what i can do?

I'm in Ireland, and the number they provide in app is not recognised on my phone.
