Sky store credit

How do I see how much sky store credit I have on the sky q box?

I don't think you can see it in your Sky Q box but you can here under "Credit Balance":

Have you signed in @Lisaf35 after clicking the link ?

it works fine for me. 

If you're not seeing it on the first page, click on the menu top left (horizontal lines) and you should see your balance next to your name.

Hi. Yes I am signed in and clicked on the three horizontal lines but nothing next to my name? How strange!

The other thing you could do is livechat with the Skystore team who are open till 7.30pm - and ask them to check

What do you see under "My Sky account" on the page or can you not see that either ?

If you press your name another menu should appear so then select My Account and scroll down to Credit Balance.

So I have done that but nothing that says credit balance

That image isn't showing much as it should be further down but I have a feeling it isn't showing for you because on my account it is also show under by name.

As @caesarome says, if you have a credit balance it should be shown further down the my account page - mine looks like this
