My sky vip voucher isn’t working

I added my voucher onto a film yesterday but the voucher didn't work when I went to use it

What voucher was this, was it one you had to add to your account to get something like £5 added to it ?

Are you aware that when you add your voucher to your account (you would do this online) - it only allows the money against purchases made online - not on your Sky box. 

It is a quirk of the Sky system that you can't use vouchers to buy from your Sky box. 

If it's a Buy and keep movie - you can buy online and then send it to your Sky box (you can't do this with rentals though )
