We ordered a film in sky had ultra by mistake & it won't play on our tv. How do we cancel & order the correct one. It won't let us change it.

Assuming you rented it from your Sky box - this is easy to fix. You just delete it then go to your deleted folder and delete it again.
you won't be charged as you haven't watched any of it. Then just re rent in HD

edit: if you didn't know - your deleted folder is in "Recordings / manage" if you have Sky Q
