Sky VIP said i could choose a movie for free (up to £10) so i have. To find out i have been charged!!!! (£9.99)

Can i cancel this? (Not been viewed)

These VIP titles have to be ordered online so is this what you did ?

It wasn't a code. It stated i had £10 in my account to use but still took it from my bank.

So if you log in to your Sky store account online, do you still see an amount of credit next to your name ?
