@Leanne+x  Try 1st thing in the morning I got mine by doing that.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I got mine yesterday @Danny291 at 9.36am

 

I've no idea what time it's reset but in past promotions I've logged on once or twice at random times and usually been lucky.
