We have purchased 3 films on sky store. But it won't allow us to download to our sky q box.
it says it will transfer over under purchases. But we've tried for 3 days now and still nothing.

I've read 3 similar posts to yours this weekend- so it's possible there is a technical glitch- but firstly - if you log on to Sky store on a device - then click on your name, you should see a screen like this.
when you click on "view my sky account" is it linked ok ?
Other than that - you should definitely be able to send buy and keep movies to your box (not rentals) If not happening you would need to contact the Skystore team - but livechat isn't open on a Sunday. You might get through by phone but queues might be long.
