I am trying to rent a movie and have been informed I have insufficient credit on my sky viewing card. Can someone please advise what to do next?

These messages are rarely as clear as they need to be. They usually appear when a credit limit has not been agreed with you and set up by the Skystore team
The easiest way to resolve this is by live chat but that isn't open until 11am Monday. you might be able to get through by phone on Sunday but you may be in a long queue.
