Sky Store message

Cannot watch a movie on sky store 

keeps saying insufficient credit on viewing card,  

Mine and my wife's cards are linked to are sky account 

So Cannot work out why we keep getting this message as was working a few months back

Hi @fireworks1 

 

This is just a thing we often see on the forum where (nothing the customer has done wrong) Sky seem to want to agree a new limit for rentals / purchases. 

to fix it, contact the Skystore support team when they next open from 11am Monday. 

hope they fix it easily for you.
