I have just purchased a film on sky store but unable to view it

Can you give us some more details please @AmeliaGoff 

 

Which Sky platform are you on ? Any error message ? HD /UHD ? Rental / buy and keep etc

Did you rent a UHD film instead of an HD one, if not what onscreen message are you seeing ?

  • There is no message at all it just says that we have paid. We can see the watch trailer .
