I am not able to view a downloaded movie because sky say I have insufficient credit on my viewing card. Not had this problem before only started recently.

This is something we often hear of on the forum
it's usually solved easily with a quick livechat to the Skystore team - to agree and reset your limit
they are open till 7.30 tonight and then from 11am tomorrow
