You don't need a voucher code to watch a Sky Store film but you might need to enter a pin, which is the last 4 digits of your viewing card.

Offer codes are numbers / letters that you can occasionally get hold of in promotions from shops / online (eg Asda often run promotions)

They entitle you to money off / free rentals / purchases from Skystore. 

You enter them in your Skystore account online. If you rent online  - you can't watch from your Sky box - but if a purchase (buy and keep) you can transfer that to your Sky box 

You don't need a code to buy / rent a movie at regular prices although initially you may need to contact the Skystore team if there is an error message when you first try to order.
