Sky Store App stopped working on LGTV

Ive been contacting sky since July i have so many emails off them there is an issue on LG side rendering the app useless on may LG tvs  I've had the same fob off every time that LG are looking into it. Not good when you have a child with send issues

Yeah my daughter was going feral at the idea we had the films, we had the app, but she couldn't watch them. We had to get the Roku stick to restore (what passes for) peace in our home.

We just keep getting told watch it on an android device thats all very well but we can't watch a film together on a tablet and also you can't screenshare sky store

Like I understand why they say that, it's basically all they can do (if it's really all on LG) but they have to stop suggesting that. 

-We want to watch the film we bought as a family.

-Have you tried huddling around a smart phone?

Sadly no, I got bounced between LG and Sky endlessly so I got a NowTV stick

Same. Am fuming. Have spent 6 hours today playing the yo! Yo! game.  Awful customer service, both of them.

Ive now.removed it off my TV ive registered my laptop and plug in my TV with an HDMI it a joke well over 12 months now

Yes, i have got our old now tv box out and got into it that way.
