I have LG tv, when I put sky store on the logo comes up and go nothing the screen goes black

We have seen a few reports of Skystore within LG not working @Le18 

 

It's not a systemwide issue (mine is fine on a 2021 LG) but I recall at least 2 other users with similar problems 

 

as a starting point, have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app 

 

might be worth chatting to LG support to see if they have an update.
