I downloaded Secret Garden to rent but it appears to be jammed. It will not play - I just get a blue screen and It will not delete.

I have download The Secret Garden to rent in SD to watch last Saturday. It would not play just a blue screen.
Rang SKY they advised to delete, reboot the box and try again. I did as they suggested and have download again but still a blue screen.
Never had an issue downloading a film before. Does anyone have any othet ideas why it isn't working and what else I can try please?

Yes I deleted it from my deleted items as well.

I have already deleted and deleted from the folder and re loaded twice but still just getting the blue screen. I have also rebooted my box.

Further to my previous comments I have also done everything but Secret Garden will not play - there is obviously a problem with this particular film as all other film downloads have played.
