Sky Rental will not play

I downloaded Secret Garden to rent but it appears to be jammed.  It will not play - I just get a blue screen and It will not delete.

Try deleting the film, then deleting it again from the deleted folder and then download it again.

I have download The Secret Garden to rent in SD to watch last Saturday. It would not play just a blue screen.

Rang SKY they advised to delete, reboot the box and try again. I did as they suggested and have download again but still a blue screen.

Never had an issue downloading a film before. Does anyone have any othet ideas why it isn't working and what else I can try  please?

@Sherry0967 When you deleted it, did you then permanently delete it from your Deleted Tab.

Yes I deleted it from my deleted items as well.

I have already  deleted and deleted from the folder and re loaded twice but still just getting the blue screen. I have also rebooted my box.

Further to my previous comments I have also done everything but Secret Garden will not play - there is obviously a problem with this particular film as all other film downloads have played.

It might be worth contacting the Sky Store team about this seeing that two of you are having the same problem so they can look into it for you:
