Morning,
Please could someone help me, I used to be able to make purchases on the box but now it does not allow me to do so.
just receive the message stating your account is not enabled to make purchases?
I have tried to call Sky but got cut off twice after waiting a while, is there any other way to get this sorted?
Any help would be greatly appreciated?
It's the same error message wether I try a box office event or if I try to rent a movie for £3.00
