Sky Glass wont let me Purchase some Titles in Sky Store

I am trying to purchase some titles in Sky Store on Sky Glass but Im getting the following error message, and Im in the UK:

 

Error message : You can only buy or rent in the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands.

This could be something as simple as your postcode being wrong on your Skystore account - but easiest solution is probably a livechat with the Skystore team who are open now and until 7.30pm

Hi mike+simmonds.

 

Thank you for your response. I called Sky but they werw saying it could be because Im using Virgjn and not Sky. They dont seem to know how to resolve this.

Have you tried rebooting your broadband router by leaving it off for 10 minutes. If that doesn't work then try using the live chat to get in contact with Sky Store support.

This was finally resolved yesterday, thank you very much. I had to delete my saved bank details online, re-enter them again. Restart the TV and it worked.
