Sky Glass device limit reached

I can't watch the Sky Store movie I just purchased on my Sky Glass TV, it is telling I have reached my device limit. Can someone help me please. I've looked everywhere for help and nothing works

How many devices do you have registered with Sky Store, if you are not sure you can check by logging in here:

2 devices showing as registered which are the puk boxes. My Sky Glass TV isn't showing in the list. It is also telling me I can't make any changes until 1 August. No idea what is going on. Sky Glass TV is showing as my primary and I'm not able to watch anything I purchase from Sky Store on my Sky Glass TV!

Have you added a new Sky Store device this month, if not you might want to get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
