Bought film on buy and keep not arrived

Did you select the DVD or Blu-Ray option or did you just order the streaming version, your email confirmation should show what you ordered. If you did order the disc version then does anything appear here for you:

No just on the restore option. It never gave me any other options it just said sky digital. On email. Do you know what I can do as I am moving soon and may not have sky where I move to please.

If it says just Sky Digital on your email conformation then you might have just ordered the digital version and not the DVD or Blu-Ray version so you might want to contact the Sky Store support team to ask them about this.
