Rented a film

Hey there I rented a film did not watch it all but only had it for 3 days I thought rented films was 7 days could someone help

It might be worth you trying a livechat with the Skystore support team @Rikymonchiko 

 

They are open tomorrow at 11am. You could ask if they are willing to to allow you a goodwill rental in view of the fact you didn't realise about the 48 hour viewing window as clarified by @MightyQuinn

Hi @Rikymonchiko Unfortunately you join the many thousands of people that only see the "7 days", and don't notice the word "start". They really should make it clearer, by including you only have 48 hours once you hit play. This may be on the final confirm page, as I have never ever rented a movie I don't know.
