Bought a rental on now tv though sky store. On pressing play it appears to be loading for a few seconds then returns to the main now tv app menu. Tried switching off and disconnecting tv but no change even though the trailer will play. Payment has been taken asi checked bank account and emailed sky on the matter but no reply so at a loss at the moment. Any help appreciated.
