Rental lagging

I have rented mortal kombat but unable to watch it as it keeps lagging and freezing. My broadband speed is more than adequate, so I have no idea what to do. Any suggestions?

It could be @LisaMarie21 that it didn't download correctly 

 

My suggestion would be to delete it - then go to your deleted items and "delete forever" 

 

(in Sky Q - that is recordings / manage / deleted )

 

Then download it again 

 

Its important to do the "delete forever" part.

@mike+simmonds Hi, I use sky store via my laptop and then plug into my TV. Its always worked fine until today.

 

How would I delete It? Iv looked but don't see the option.

ah - I had wrongly guessed you were on a Sky box 

 

If you are on your laptop - do you see an option to fully download it in to your laptop before pressing play ? 

I don't have a rental I can click on to check - but my thinking is that if you can download it first that should allow stutter free playback
