Rental films
Trying to rent a movie on the sky store and it says that our spending limit has been reached and when I've tried to do it online it's not going on to the TV when I've purchased a rental

Re: Rental films
Hi @tashaconn
You've come up against a couple of things here
I'll try to clarify - if you rent a movie (as opposed to buy and keep ) you can't send a rental to your Sky box- you can send it by Chromecast to your TV if you have one - or if you have a laptop or PC with HDMI output you can plug that in to your TV
I don't think you can send the new "Premiere" rentals by Chromecast though
If you have a recent LG TV you can download the Skystore app on to that
As for the credit limit - it sounds like you skystore limit has been set or reset to a low amount. Usually this can be fixed very easily by a livechat with the Skystore team here

hope that helps
