Rent of Bad Guys Film

Hi all

 

We downloaded Bad Guys the cartoon film last night however we have no picture and cannot get through to Sky. Anyone else having this issue. @skycustomerservice

As @mike+simmonds has said you need to watch this via your main Sky+ box and not via a TV connected to the box via a cable. If it still doesn't work via your main Sky+ box then use the live chat to speak to Sky Store support about it.

Hi @LisaC09 

 

Although it's not widely known, due to the extra encryption/ security built in to the premier rentals - we have heard reports they only work when the connection is from your Sky box to TV through HDMI

 

So magic eye / scart etc - don't work 

 

If this is your circumstances- I would suggest a livechat with the Sky store team to clarify / ask for a refund
