Discussion topic: How to rewind a skystore rental movie

Can anyone help with this issue. I'm new to Skystore rental movies and have rented a movie to watch on my laptop, however, I can only start the movie to watch and pause the movie if I need to. Does anyone know if they usually see a scroll bar so you can rewind back or scene select. I missed a bit of the movie and wanted to rewind the current scene a bit but only have a pause option??? is this all I should see??

Hi @Movie+Queen

On my Windows PC and my iPhone 11, I always see a horizontal time-line bar at the bottom of the screen, which I can use to rewind, pause and generally move around with my mouse / finger to determine whereabouts I am in the movie.

thanks very much for your reply. that confirms what I should be seeing but I'm not. I will need to check my settings on my laptop or maybe view the movie on an alternative device. thanks again for your response. I thought it was strange i couldn't see a timeline bar.
