So I bought an iPad 2025 11 inch from Sky. It was delivered Saturday and everything worked fine apart from the Sky Store app. This closes as soon and you click Sign In.
the adviser on the phone advised to signed out of the app on my iPhone 15 but after I did that I now have the same problem on my phone.
So now I can't sign into the Sky Store app on either of these devices.
After over an hour speaking to about five different people from Sky after being transferred multiple times and repeatedly having to verify and explain the situation all over again still not resolved.
The last person I spoke to said he'd raised the issue and it should be resolved in 48 hours. To be honest I have my doubts.
All offshore call centres and nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing. Absolutely shocking service from Sky.

I do to as well as that is the kind of line staff are known to trot out when they do not know how to help.
Are you running the private relay feature on either device or a VPN ?

With no help from Sky I have solved the issue. I turned on Beta updates and downloaded version 26.2. Then opened the Sky Store app no problem at all and was able to sign in. I closed the app and launched it again and all good 👍
