Well I have been offered Peter Rabbit for free, and it says on my Q box ' have a movie on us', but when I hit enter its £7.99!

I couldn't get the Xmas freebie a ew weeks ago because of similar reasons.

Is there something wrong with my account?

Yes years ago. I found out about the freebie by email as a Gold VIP.
