I recieve emails trlling me I have a movie I can have for free. But when I go on my sky app or sky vip I cannot access the movie. I go to my account but it takes me to the usual things regarding billing.

Find out moreWhen you go to Sky VIP do you see the free film tile or the one for the Peter Rabbit film, if you can't and the films do not show as £0.00 on the link in the post above by @mike+simmonds then contact Sky Store support who will be able to help you with this:
