Purshasing

Can somebody please help, I feel like I'm going in circles! I set up a Sky ID & it wants account information which I do not have because I don't have an account e.g. account number, bank details of said account. I can't purchase anything, we want to set up sky but says we are already a customer! Seems that you can't become a new customer! Nothing seems to be working

To use most Sky apps you need to be a Sky satellite television subscriber with at least one box connected to a dish: these aren't standalone internet services.  Sky Store is a rather odd exception: there's advice here:

Have you been a customer of Sky in the past @Meriel+Louise or used your email address to setup any account on the Sky platform before ?

@TimmyBGood @Thanks for replying, spoke to somebody and got the situation sorted, they think it's because the properly were moving to already has a sky account. But we're all set up now 😁
