Merge accounts

Hi there

 

i have two accounts both with purchased movies on them somehow

 

is there a way of merging them so the movies are all on one account as it's a pain to keep swapping/signing in to both

Best suggestion would be to try a live chat with the Skystore team - to see if they can offer a way to do it for you 

 

The suggestion that comes to mind is to see if they are willing to cancel one account and add those movies to the other 🤔

I click on the link and it just takes me to the payment page

Try clearing your browsers cache and then reloading the browser as it should take you to a page where you can contact Sky Store support on:

If that doesn't work, try logging out of the Sky Store website if you are logged in.

If I click on it I see a link to "contact us" and a link to a live chat 🤔🤔

 

I'm using Safari on my iPhone
