Rented movie not showing on sky glass

I rented a movie on skystore.com. set up sky store with the same log in iD on my sky glass. I can see the movie in my library but there is no option to play. It asks if I want to stop watching 'yes/no' but there's nowhere to actually cluck play!

Usually rented films can only be watched on the device they were ordered on, I'm not sure if this also applies to Sky Glass so unless anyone knows any different then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
