Purchased Films

Before Joining Sky I had movies purchased on Sky Store via NowTV, why do these not show on Sky store in my new sky Q box?

Can you see your purchases here ?

If so you can send them to your Sky box by selecting - send to box

NowTV and Sky are runs as separate companies so I'm not sure if you would be able to access your films that you previously purchased via Now with Sky, so what you might want to do is to ask the Sky Support team about this as they have a live chat that operates from 11am - 7.30pm each day and can be found here:

This sent the purchased movies to my Sky Q box but I still can't play them, I get an error message.

Have you tried archiving the movies you have sent (archive on your Sky box)

 

Power off your box at the main plug for at least a minute. Power back on and try to download again. 

if still stuck - livechat with the Skystore team opens at 11am
