Purchased Barbie - 0805 error

Hi all!

I purchased Barbie on Sky Store on Thursday however it won't play. Comes up with code 0805. I've done the usual switch off/on again. The money has been taken from my account too.

On the phone with them right now for the same reason and they can't figure it out

I spent an hour on web chat with them. They've 'reset the digital download rights' on my account that will take 72hrs to do
