I purchased a box set on store it’s paid for but when I click on it, it’s saying unavailable at the moment why?

It isn't the Kung Fo Panda boxset is it ?

It is and I called sky they said I am not the only one and there is a problem at there end

The reason I asked if that was what you purchased as somebody else asked the very same question about that boxset yesterday so at least they are aware of the issue with it.
