Purchase won’t play

Hi

 

 i purchased a movie box set a few months ago and have watched it however when i have tried to access it now it states there is an error 0805. Please help

well we know there have been some issues with Kung Fu Panda as 2 other customers have reported the same error as you. 

So if it's that - Sky are on to it and trying to fix it 

 

if something else - the best option is usually a live chat (opens in 5 minutes )

 it's the Kung Fu panda box set so guessing this is why.
