I rented a movie on sky store using a voucher code which it accepted but it won't play on my sky he box any ideas

It is not possible to rent a film via the Sky Store website or app and then play it back via your Sky HD+ box I'm afraid, you can do it with Buy and Keep films but not rented films. So going forward as you have rented this you will only be able to watch it online via the website or app.

Hi @Meggie26

It is exactly as @caesarome says unless if by chance you have an LG TV with built in Skystore- or a Chromecast (works with most rentals but not Premiere rentals)
