Hi I pre ordered a flim and has come out today but on my sky box still says I need to buy it but on sky store I can watch it any known issues to sort this thanks

If this is a buy and keep movie, if you access it online in your library, click on it (online) and you should see an option to "send to box"
If it's not showing the option, is your Sky TV account linked to your Skystore account in "My Account"
Which movie is it by the way ?

Let it go, got it on the app and can play via the and have done sent to box but as you under purchase it say I have to pay for it

Find out moreDo you have a Sky+ or Sky Q box because the film should be in the purchases section of you planner (Sky+) or Recordings (Sky Q) so if ot is you should be able to access it here. If it is asking you to pay for it then this is something to get in touch with Sky Store support about.
