My child has downloaded a movie in uhd and it's not compatible with my old tv an we cannot watch it?

What you need to do is to delete it and then go to Recordings > Deleted and delete it from here so that it is completely removed from your box. Now you can download the HD version if you want. You will not be charged for the UHD one as you did not start to watch it/.
