Pre order twisters on sky store can't watch money hasn't been taken from my account

Hi @Michelle+Lloyd 

We've heard of a few issues with pre order problems over the last couple of weeks 

the easiest way to resolve them seems to be (not ideal I know) to do a live chat with the Skystore team to ask them to delete / cancel the pre order- and then just purchase as normal
