On Saturday 31st I selected Furiosa from sky store rental opting for thr UHD version at £6.99. We are not on fibre so it took ages to download. My husband and I started to watch but after an hour de idea to watch the remaining film Monday as you get 7 days to view. Checking yesterday the movie has disappeared. Why?

Thankyou, that's not clear once you start viewing you have two days.

@PandJ2020 is quite correct with the "48 hours to watch" explanation.
we have seen occasions where customers contact the Skystore livechat team (opens next at 11am) and have been given an additional goodwill rental where this rule has caught them out.
This is a good link to their livechat and it can't do any harm for you to try. They usually quite helpful in my experience.
