Pre order title no longer shows

Hi, I pre ordered a anime movie called 'world heroes mission' but it no longer shows on pre order  section or when I search it on sky previously. The title still appears on my purchases on the website but there is no update on the release date what so ever. What should I do

I've spoke to sky as recommended via live chat, apparently it was released a couple of days ago but wasn't active on the system. Which was strange cause all I kept seeing on the status was to be confirmed even though it had released on other platforms. So far sky said they will notify me of the status of the film and when it will be on the system. I hope soon cause this was a film I truly wanted to watch
