Can anyone help.
i pre ordered a film on sky and money was taken out of my account to pay for it.
I received the DVD few days ago but the film is not on my planner but I'm able to rent/buy it on my sky Q.
ive already paid and don't wanna pay again.
Am I missing something??

I assume this was a buy and keep movie ?
Can you log in to Skystore on a mobile device and see if the movie is there in your library - if so - select "send to box"
If all that works you should see your movie in "recordings/ purchases" on your Sky Q menu
