Pre Order - Dogma Viewing Issues

I pre-ordered the film Dogma a few days ago and Sky stated the release date would by 15 December 2025.

The film is showing in MySkyStore list of purchased films but only as a 'pre-order'. There is no way to play it. Today's date is 16 December. Has anyone else had the same issue and short of cancelling the order, how do you fix it?

I can't comment specifically on Dogma (other than if it's the Dogma movie I know, it's a great movie)

but as for pre orders - we regularly hear they don't work properly on release day or the day after. 

Many customers find the best solution is to try a livechat with the Skystore support team (open till 7.30pm) with the usual solution being to cancel the pre order and re order the actual movie.

for what it's worth, I've stopped pre ordering movies. I don't remember seeing a difference in price by pre ordering and they often just don't work. 

Hope you get this resolved
