We regularly hear pre orders don't work properly on release day or the day after.
Many customers find the best solution is to try a livechat with the Skystore support team (open from 11am till 7.30pm) with the usual solution being to cancel the pre order and re order the actual movie.

for what it's worth, I've stopped pre ordering movies. I don't remember seeing a difference in price by pre ordering and they often just don't work.
