Peter Rabbit offer unable to find

I'm on sky+HD.  Is that why? I know the t&c's say you need box compatibility but doesn't actually tell you what boxes. Mine is quite an old box but I've never had problems with films before and have had free films in the past and can order etc. 
totally confused.

Sky + HD is perhaps  why I'm seeing it and you aren't 🤔

On Sky Q manual search menu it's the second Peter Rabbit down in the middle of 3 "Peter Rabbit" entries 

If I click on the middle Peter Rabbit it opens up the 2018 movie 

Can I suggest - try a quick livechat with the Skystore team here and ask them where irbid on the Sky + HD list. This is a good link

ive tried to live chat but after saying it's 'searching for agents' it goes back to the selection to 'live chat' again. I've sent them an email, but don't expect I'll get anything before the offer runs out....my own fault for leaving it so late I guess.

I managed to get through on live chat through your link. 
my box is too old and by the looks of it they didn't put this film online to be downloaded via the sky store app, which is how I've previously had their free films.

I was just posting that Peter Rabbit  should be there on Sky + but I've edited my post as I've seen yours about your older style box 🙂

By the way - although it's a matter of taste - I enjoy my Sky Q and don't regret upgrading.

Yeah, it's about time I upgraded but I've got so much recorded on my box that the kids and I need to get through first; and because it's an older box I can't move it across to a new one.  I will eventually upgrade for definite.
