How do I cancel an order made by mistake on Sky Store?

It depends on where you ordered it, if you ordered a rental title via you Sky box then so long as you did not start to view it then you will not be charged for it. If you ordered the rental film via the Sky Store website or app then you will be charged so get in contact with Sky Store support:

For Buy and Keep you might not be charged if you ordered via your box if you haven't viewed it but again I would get in touch with Sky so they can advise you about this as it will need removing from your box. For Buy and Keep ordered via the website or app you will be charged so again you would need to get in touch with Sky.
