Peter Rabbit offer unable to find

I have tried searching by voice and text but am unable to find Peter Rabbit, the only result I get is a cartoon on Sky kids.

Is this offer still available?

The offer is available until 18th April so should be there somewhere.

Your box should find it because not only is it available on Sky Store Buy and Keep but E4 are showing it on Sunday at 3.10pm so it should find this as well.

Have managed to find it thanks

It’s strange... when I search by voice it only finds the Sky Kids cartoon but when I search by text it returns two results, the first is the same as the voice search but further down the list is a second result that links to the E4 showing and the Sky Store version.

Hi. I have the same problem. The only result for Peter Rabbit is the cartoon. 
I have used voice control and still no good. 

How did people find this? 
Terms and conditions say it is available for Sky TV customers only, I have Sky TV and broadband. I am notified of offers but can't find this one. Help!

You need to do a manual search @Woface by using the remote to type it in. You might see two search results one of which will be the cartoon but the other should be the E4 broadcast and the Buy and Keep version which is what you are looking for

This was driving me mad but I finally found it by using the text search method and not the voice, for some reason voice search didn’t return all the results. Once typed in you will see Peter Rabbit listed first on the results but further down the list you should see it listed again.... just select this second result and it will take you to Sunday’s E4 showing and the Sky Store version under the Sky Store tab.

Voice search wasn't showing me all the results but a text search doesn't return the Sky Store film either.

If Sky hadn't offered me a freebie I probably wouldn't be bothered but they have and I can't find it ?

Thoughts anyone, especially from Sky who appear to have introduced a poor customer experience where there wasn't one 😞

Hi @Sky-Pixie 

When you do a text search, don't select the first Peter Rabbit you see -  go down the list and select the second one down

Then go to the Sky Store option and that should show as £0

That works for me on Sky Q

As stated by a few people here there are two search results for this, one is a cartoon and the other result is the E4 broadcast and the Buy and Keep fil you are looking for @Sky-Pixie . Just make sure it shows as £0.00 and then you can go ahead and place the order.

Finally found it, but WHY make it so DIFFICULT?

I did a manual search, haven't even attempted a voice search, and I still haven't got it to come up other than every season of the spy kids cartoon. Or CBeebies. Did a search on sky store also and comes up empty!

Peter Rabbit the movie should still be there for free for another 2 days 

Do a manual search. Don't select the first "Peter Rabbit" you see written

Go down the manual search list until you see a second instance of "Peter Rabbit" 

click there and that should be the movie

I know it should still be there but it isn't. 
I did a manual search. 
Three results came up;

I tried all three of them and they have only the kids cartoons. 😞
