Payment details won't update!

So my son has just gone to purchase a new movie, entered the pin etc then upon confirming payment a message pops up " there was a problem processing your payment your payment. Please check your card expiry date by visiting sky store com/account" Done this the details are correct but re enter anyway, then I get a sorry we can't update your details are this time, so we call sky customer service can't help, technical support can't help I'm now on hold for 62 minutes waiting to be put through to sky store assistant 🤷🏼‍♀️ my issue is it won't update my details ! The details that are already correct 😭

I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
