Sent an email with a code saying I could have a movie to the value of £13.99 so I went to sky store and bought Abigail for £11.99. I have the movie but cannot see anywhere where I can send it to my sky box I can watch it on my phone or download to phone what am I doing wrong?

What sort of box do you have?
Is the movie available in Sky Store on your box?

Sky Q box, it is available in the store but has a price next to it

I've been intouch with sky and they said it can only be watched on a mobile device

I'd be amazed if what they have told you is true
I'm not aware of any buy and keep title which can't be sent from a mobile device to a Sky Q box (same account to same account )
The one you ordered on your phone - is it identical to the one you can see with a price on your Sky box ? (Not a special edition / bonus edition etc)
on your phone when you log in to the Skystore website - sign in - click on your name - look at "my account" Do you see you regular Sky account linked to the online login ?

That doesn't sound right @Paulnufc so if you do not see the send to box button after selecting the film on the Sky Store app then I would get in touch with Sky Store support regarding this, they have a live chat you can use that is available from 11am-7.30pm Monday to Saturday and can be found here:
