Hi,
I recently obtained some Sky Store Vouchers in exchange for data. There is a film I want to rent on Sky Store but if I do it through the box it charges me the amount rather than taking it out of my credit. When I visit the website there is no option to order UHD rentals only HD.
Is this an oversight?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIt isn't an oversight as it isn't possible to order UHD films via the website or app so if you have online vouchers you will have to find something else to use them against.
